After clearing security at PDX, there may be quite a bit of time before we board the plane. We will travel as a group to our departure gate. Once there, here are some guidelines:
- You MAY utilize a seat for yourself. You MAY NOT utilize a seat for your luggage.
- With permission, you MAY go to the restroom. You must return directly to our gate when you are finished. Check in when you return. You MAY NOT leave your luggage unattended - arrange for a member of our group to watch it for you.
- With permission, you MAY look for something to eat. You MUST go in a group of three or more, and you MUST stay in our concourse. See the list on the sidebar. Please bring your food back to our gate with you - DO NOT eat at another location. Check in when you return.
We change planes in Las Vegas, and when we de-board, we will travel as a group to our departure gate after giving everyone the opportunity to use the restroom. Once we get to our outbound gate, we will be waiting to board for a little over an hour. Again, here are some guidelines:
- All of the above apply.
- Regarding getting something to eat, we do not know in which concourse our gate will be, so we will update everyone once we arrive as to where you may go for food.
- There are slot machines throughout the Las Vegas airport. YOU MAY NOT use any slot machine. Period. Full stop. If you do, you will be put on the next outgoing plane back to Portland and also face school discipline after Spring Break, and your trip payments will be forfeited.
When we arrive at SNA, we will de-board and again afford everyone the opportunity to use the restroom. We will then travel to the luggage carousels and collect our baggage. We will then load our luggage van (thanks, Liz and Brad!) and get on the bus to Anaheim.
