What We Do In Airports - Part One

When you arrive at PDX, come across the skybridge, make your way to the Departure level, and turn LEFT. You will see Southwest Airlines at the end of Aisle 3, and there is a very nice waiting area directly across by the windows. Go to that waiting area and check in with trip staff. 

Here is what you will do:

• Keep your luggage with you, at all times
• Stay on the carpeted area
• Speak in low, measured voices
• Be very aware of your surroundings
• Respond to staff requests promptly
• Remember you are in a public place, and that we are always very polite
• Leave no messes
• Go with staff members when directed
