THS Band Disney Trip
Spring Break 2026
*What is the cost?
Approx. $950 per person
*What does that cover?
- R/T Air PDX/SNA and SNA/PDX
- R/T Ground SNA/Anaheim and Anaheim/SNA
- Hotel (including breakfasts!)
- Disney
admission, including recording session clinic and possible parade
*What are the due
dates?
1. $50 deposit due September 8 - 30 (Early-commit for the trip!)
2. $150 due October 13 - 24 (Last chance to reserve your spot for the
trip!) [You MAY combine the September and October deposits]
3. $150 due November 10 - 25
4. $100 due December 8 -19 (BEFORE Winter Break)
5. $200 due January 12 - 23 (NO refunds after 1/23/24)
6. $300 due February 16 - 25
· Payments
and transfer
requests will be collected and receipts given by the THS Band Boosters.
The easiest way is to pay at a Band Booster meeting! McKee will also take payments in Room 215 (Upper Rotunda), and issue receipts. McKee DOES NOT take Square payments.
- Checks should be made out to THS Band Boosters, who will process all monies for the trip.
